Do you know about the mindfulness and meditation group on campus? It is open to students, faculty, and staff! The group meets every Monday from 3-5 pm (come and go as you please) in the Hahn School of Nursing building, room 111.
Bring blankets, pillows, cushions, mats; whatever is conducive for your practice, or your much needed relaxation and reflection time. The meditations are guided by Kate Vosti, a graduate student in Leadership studies and a long time meditator in the Mahayana Buddhist tradition. The meditations integrate practices such as mindful breathing, self-compassion, deep relaxation, supportive reflection, and more.
